flat breads, pickled onions and mustard dipping sauces

Lager-braised kraut, herb cream cheese & smoked bauernwurst fritters

rolled in panko, fried golden and served with a duet of sauces:

garlic cream and Dunkel demi glace

Skewers of grilled ginger snap-pickled beef atop scallion crèpes

with a Pumpkin Ale pan reduction

Oktoberfest-braised corned beef with rye gnocchi,

gruyère cheese fondue and spiced Heidelberg mustard

Slow-roasted Berkshire pork cheeks with house-cured, pecan wood-smoked pork belly, crackling corn bread croutons and bacon jam
