Cinco de Mayo
Cinco de Mayo, or "The Fifth of May,"
celebrates the victory of Mexican forces
over French troops at the Battle of
Puebla in 1862. (Albeit in a war
they eventually lost...)
At Stewart's, Cinco de Mayo is the day
for Loco Rico's Jalapeño Ale!
That's our Golden Ale infused with real
jalapeños and garnished with a fresh
jalapeño wedge! (My advice:
try the Black & Loco.)
Joining Loco Rico's Jalapeño Ale this
year will be Scarlet Fire, the final
beer of the George
Hummel Challenge Series. This
is a ruby mild infused with Chipotle
peppers.
As always, we'll serve up fajitas,
enchiladas and other Mexican-ish
favorites. Ole!
