 Bourbon Sour Ale-  A blend of robust winter ales, naturally soured in Bourbon barrels for over a year.  7.8% ABV

Willamette IPA-  The single-hop saga continues...  7.0%ABV

Delaware Diamond Lager-  A Munich-style Helles, the traditional golden lager of Bavaria.  A soft, round malt profile is carefully balanced with the legendary Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, resulting in an easy drinking beer with a crisp finish.  5.0% ABV. 

Belgian Chocolate Stout-  Brewed in collaboration with former assistant brewer John Fiorilli, this Belgian-inspired stout is brewed with a healthy addition of imported milk and dark chocolates.  Need we say more?  6.0% ABV
