New Castle County's First Brewpub

Established in 1995

Stewart's Brewing Company is New Castle County's 1st brewpub; a 150-seat full-service restaurant with a 30-seat bar. Families are welcome. We are located with quick and easy access to Routes 1, 7, and 40, and less than five minutes from I-95. The full menu is available from noon until 9pm daily, Sunday until 8pm and we are closed on Mondays. It's always been our goal to provide the best handcrafted beer, fresh food, and impeccable service.

Puck Up DIPA

Puck it up!  We've all pucked up at some point.  The only difference now is you can puck up while enjoying the holy trinity of hops!  Pucking up has never tasted so good when you have mosaic, citra, and amarillo!

Old McBride Strong Ale

We took 90 Shilling Ale and filled up a first-generation whiskey barrel.  let it age for a month to produce a stronger ale, very robust with notes of raisin and oak.  Shoutout to our friends from Old Line Distillery for supplying the barrels!

Go Kveik Yourself

A medium-bodied International style IPA with liberal additions of New Zealand Super Alpha, Ariana, and tons of Citra hops.  Fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast.

Unholy Bastard

A dark sour with a combination of flavors.  It is like cabernet wine got together with a dark Belgian brew.  Unfiltered notes of black currant and toffee.

StewBurn Hard Cider

 In collaboration with Milburn Orchards, we're proud to introduce this hard cider into our lineup!  Sweet apples on the nose, balanced with a tart finish and tiny whisp of cinnamon.  For sweets lovers out there, request a cinnamon sugar rim!.

Summer Breeze Wheat

  A light wheat-based ale that expresses itself through soft tropical notes. For a more casual approach of fruit in one's beer, this beer was made with mango & guava to deliver you a fun experience.
