Short Rib Fry Bowl
This was fabulous. I requested it over mashed potatoes instead of fries (not that fries would be bad) and it was done with out hesitation. Perfectly cooked short rib pieces ans the sausewas exceptional.

This never fails to please. Brioche bun always fresh, huge crab cake always cooked just right, Never too many spices so you can actually taste the crabmeat. Fresh fixings always. Friends that come from out-of-state always come to SBC for this delicious sandwich!!
